Individual Supervision

Lara offers supervision and training to clinical psychologists, trainees, and registrars. She is particularly interested in eco-therapy, but works with indoor types too! She encourages clinicians to find their own authentic and embodied voice and style, whilst ensuring they have a thorough grounding in evidence-based practice. She also offers supervision to other registered mental health professionals working in the outdoor healthcare space.

Outdoor Therapies Peer Supervision Group

Along with a few other clinicians in the eco-therapy or adventure therapy space, Lara facilitates a peer supervision group. It is designed primarily for Clinical Psychologists, but other health care practitioners are welcome too. We meet regularly to learn from each other, discuss clinical cases, and share professional issues and interest areas. This is currently run for 2 hours on a Thursday afternoon every 4th week, outdoors, and centrally to our members.
